What You'll Do

Improve Broadleaf's Go-To-Market with KPIs around win rate improvement, web content creation, and organic lead generation.

You'll work closest with Product Owners internally, along with Marketing, Sales and Clients; report to the Chief Revenue Officer; and supervise a Marketing Manager, growing your team with product marketing success.

Though not prescriptive, an average work week would likely entail the following:

Market Execution (40% of your time)

  • Marketing Content Management

Content Management (30% of your time)

  • Content Calendar Planning
  • Content Creation & Editing
  • Content Backlog Ownership

Market Analysis (20% of your time)

  • Competitive Intelligence
  • Analyst Positioning
  • Industry Research

Persona Management (10% of your time)

  • Buyer, User and Partner Interviews
  • Validate and Reform Buyer's Journey
  • Updating Positioning and Messaging
